West London grew up along its arterial roads. The A40 carries suburbs out towards Uxbridge, the A4 and the M4 run past Hounslow towards Heathrow, and the North Circular loops round through Brent. Many homes here have a driveway or a forecourt, which makes collection straightforward.
The whole area is inside the London-wide ULEZ, so older diesels and some older petrol cars have become expensive to keep. A car that is not used much, and charged every time it is, is often the first to go.
From Pinner and Ruislip to Wembley, the streets are mostly residential with space for a truck to stop. In parts of Brent and Harrow with controlled parking, the car can usually be loaded straight from its bay, but mention the zone so the driver knows.
Hillingdon is London’s second-largest borough by area and reaches the M25 and M40, so plenty of collections here are a short hop from the motorway.
Southall, Hanwell, Hounslow and Feltham have more terraced streets and fewer driveways. Collections still happen kerbside, but the driver needs a clear spot alongside the car. Near Heathrow, workplace and airport car parks have their own rules: check with the operator before booking.

Only with the operator's agreement. Private and airport car parks set their own access rules, so ask them first and give the buyer the exact postcode.
ULEZ affects what a car is worth to drive in London, not what it is made of. The offer is based on the car itself.
Two details, the reg and the postcode, put your car in front of the licensed buyer for your area. Their figure, your decision.
